7. Edge vs. Randy Orton
The Viper and The Rated R Superstar made their returns to RAW last week. Randy Orton accepted that the better man won at WrestleMania, but he claimed that he was always the better wrestler.
Orton said that his encounter with Edge during the Royal Rumble match and the Last Man Standing match at WrestleMania weren’t real wrestling matches.
Orton then challenged Edge to a traditional one-on-one encounter at Backlash 2020 next month. Edge will likely accept the challenge this week on RAW, which will set up the final chapter of their rivalry.
6. The New Day (c) vs. The Forgotten Sons – SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match
The New Day successfully defended the SmackDown Tag Team Championship in a Fatal-4-Way match against John Morrison & The Miz, The Forgotten Sons and Lucha House Party at Money In The Bank 2020.
While the other teams may be done with the SmackDown Tag Team Champions, The Forgotten Sons will surely be looking for a one-on-one opportunity for the Titles.
Two weeks ago on SmackDown, The Forgotten Sons faced off in a non-Title match against The New Day, with Wesley Blake pinning Kofi Kingston in the end to win the match.
Their win on SmackDown will most likely set up a Title match between the two teams at Backlash 2020.
