12. Rhea Ripley

Every year, some wrestlers from NXT get an opportunity to participate in the Royal Rumble matches, and Rhea Ripley is expected to be a part of the match in 2021.
Ripley made her Royal Rumble match debut in 2019, and 2021 could possibly feature her second appearance in it.
She’ll finish her program with Raquel Gonzales at NXT New Year’s EVIL, and wouldn’t have anything left to do in the brand after that.
Her main roster call-up has been rumored for a while, and Royal Rumble could be the place where she permanently becomes a part of the main roster.
11. Jimmy Uso

Jimmy Uso last competed at WrestleMania 36 in a SmackDown Tag Team Championship Ladder match, and was forced out of action after it due to a knee injury he suffered at the event.
His brother, Jey, confirmed that Jimmy will be back by January, so he could also be a surprise entrant in the Men’s Royal Rumble match.
WWE could have him return and team up with a beaten up Jey in the match.
