• Major Change In WWE Draft Plans

Despite RAW & SmackDown Superstars appearing on their opposite brands more often as of late, the brand split still exists and the Draft is still scheduled to take place.

At first, it was believed that the Draft (which usually takes place in October) would take place a little earlier this year, likely in September after the Clash At The Castle premium live event, but it looks like that isn’t the case anymore.

Several RAW stars that were booked to appear on the SmackDown after Clash At The Castle have now been unbooked for that show.

Fightful Select added:

“USA Network sources have told talent that the Draft isn’t happening in the immediate future, and have outright stated that after WrestleMania (39) is a likelier landing spot.”
