• Major Name Reportedly Returning For WrestleMania 37
When the news of WrestleMania 37 being a two night event was announced, Wrestlevotes reported that WWE is trying to get John Cena to work the show, as they need some more big names and use them accordingly on Night 1 & 2.
During a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, WWE Hall of Famer Triple H was asked about John Cena’s WrestleMania 37 status.
Below is what The Game replied:
“I won’t put words in John’s mouth, but I can speak to his passion, and it’s WWE and WrestleMania. Once you do this at a high level, and John does it at the highest, it’s very hard to put down. If there is a way for him to be there, he will be there.”
According to Ringsidenews, Cena is a “100% lock” for WrestleMania 37, but there’s no information on what he’s going to do at the event and how many RAW/SmackDown shows he can appear on to build up his program.
Cena last appeared in WWE on Night 2 of WrestleMania 36 last year, where he lost a bizarre Firefly Fun House match to “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt.
