• Major Name Returning For WrestleMania 38 (SPOILER)
The Royal Rumble 2022 premiere live event will take place this Saturday night, and it will officially kick off the road to WrestleMania 38.
According to the Wrestling Observer, a big return is scheduled to take place this Saturday night:
“As far as the men’s and women’s Rumble, there will be a big return at the Royal Rumble. Hmm. Who could that be?”
After this, Fightful Select reported that WWE wants to bring back former RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey in the Women’s Royal Rumble match:
“A Ronda Rousey return has been discussed internally, to the point that it’s considered a poorly kept secret, and has been mentioned to talent outside the company.”
The Wrestling Observer has released another update, where they stated that Rousey will indeed be returning during the Rumble match, where she will plant seeds for her WrestleMania 38 match.
WrestleMania 38 will consist of two nights and it will take place at the AT&T Stadium. With The Undertaker and Triple H not wrestling anymore, and The Rock not returning, WWE needs other big names to fill out the stadium and Rousey fits the bill.
Rousey was last seen on WWE programming on April 7, 2019, in the main event of WrestleMania 35.
She then went on a hiatus to start a family. She gave birth to her daughter in September 2021.

• Old School WCW Diva Celebrates Her Birthday
Old School WCW Diva Gorgeous George (Real name: Stephanie Bellars) celebrates her 46th birthday today.
In 1999, she appeared as the valet of her real life boyfriend at that time, “The Macho Man” Randy Savage, and therefore has been a member of his ‘Team Madness’ faction with Savage, Sid Vicious, Miss Madness (Molly Holly) & Madusa.
When they broke up in the fall of 1999, she left the promotion and continued to appear on the independent scene (following brief runs in ECW & TNA), where she was known as George Frankenstein, because Savage held the contractual trademark rights of the “Gorgeous George” name.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY GORGEOUS GEORGE!
