As we noted last night, former WWE Superstar MVP entered the Men’s Royal Rumble 2020 match as a surprise entrant at #12.

He got hit with an F5 by WWE Champion Brock Lesnar and was then eliminated.

MVP revealed on Instagram that he made this return to WWE for his son:

“If you will indulge me in a moment of pure, unapologetic selfishness, tonight wasn’t for me, or for any of YOU. Tonight was for this. For my Lil Dude. Thank you Rey. I love you bro! #royalrumble2020”
