• Nikki Bella Reacts To Rumors Of Sleeping With Fans

WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella strongly denied a confusing rumor that claimed she was sleeping with fans. Speaking on The Nikki & Brie Show, Nikki cleared up the issue, saying that people were taking her words the wrong way.

The problem started after Bella posted a photo to show appreciation for her fans. Under the post, one fan left a comment that asked how many fans she “banged” over the weekend, saying they heard it on a previous podcast episode.

Nikki explained that fans completely misunderstood what she had meant. She said she told her sister Brie that she was looking for a serious connection with someone, not just with “randoms.” Bella said she is tired of people twisting her words and said she has not slept with anyone since her divorce.

Bella added that her recent posts – often called “thirst traps” – are not about finding hookups. Instead, she posts them for attention and to feel confident while she is single, especially since she is not actively dating or texting anyone right now. Bella said that since she is honest about her need for attention, posting these photos helps her “feel a little something.”

• Bryan Danielson Reveals The Condition Under Which Brie Bella Will Return To WWE

Brie Bella stepped away from full-time competition in 2016, briefly returned in 2018, and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame with Nikki as part of the Class of 2020. Her most recent in-ring appearance was the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble.

During an interview on INSIGHT with Chris Van Vliet, Bryan Danielson was asked about the possibility of his wife Brie returning to the ring. He made it clear that she isn’t interested in a solo comeback.

“Yeah, only in certain contexts. She doesn’t want to come back and do a singles run or anything like that. If she comes back, she would want to do it with Nicole.”

Nikki Bella has also said that she hopes to end her career alongside her sister, a sentiment Brie shares. However, a potential return has been complicated by Bryan’s role in AEW, which Brie has previously referred to as a “roadblock” for her making her way back to WWE.

• Stephanie Vaquer Backs Claim That AEW Treats Female & International Wrestlers Poorly

Former AEW coach Sarah Stock has once again drawn attention to the company’s backstage practices, posting multiple tweets criticizing the promotion’s management, treatment of talent and handling of female and international wrestlers.

Stock initially responded to wrestler Tiara James (who appeared in Ring Of Honor several times), implying that Amanda Huber, working with AEW’s production and community outreach teams, may have been responsible for sidelining some talent. She wrote:

“Another one falls victim to the hand of Hysterical Huber. Tiara, if you’ve ever felt sidelined at @aew, it’s not you. I promise.”

The former coach also criticized AEW’s HR and mental health policies in multiple tweets.

“Corruption and negligence are running UNCHECKED at @aew. There is so much more than this. Receipts are coming. Anyone who doesn’t want to listen, stop listening. I don’t care. In the meantime, TALENT AND COMPANY SAFETY CONTINUES TO BE PUT AT RISK, to line the pockets of Kosha and Manzione. Of all the departments to eliminate…”

“I’m calling out corruption. Hi, Karen ‘Fibber’ Bibber and Chris ‘Not A’ Man-zione Sleep tight.”

“Oops, forgot to tag them. It’s @the_real_manzo and I can’t find Karen’s handle; probably disappeared publicly out of embarrassment for her grand flop of a ‘greatest accomplishment’ in @aew: renaming ‘Human Resources’ to ‘People & Culture’. You go, girl! Earn that paycheck!”

“I’d like some clarification, please @the_real_manzo. How many mental health-related ‘issues’ are @aew wrestlers permitted per year before they start getting charged? We’ve been directed to you for answers. Thanks!”

“Has Manzione explained yet how the decision was made to replace an extremely qualified, diverse, and beloved team of mental health professionals with a 3rd-party booking app? Karen From Not-HR places the blame on talent, saying they asked for ‘more accessibility.’ That’s the biggest joke of this entire fiasco. Please talk us through it, @the_real_manzo.”

“I’m not sure why he wouldn’t! The new mental health “program” he implemented (eliminated) surely benefits TALENT and STAFF! You’d think the man in charge would be excited to come online and clear up any misunderstandings. The floor is yours, @the_real_manzo!”

Stock also highlighted inequities in how AEW handles foreign talent, particularly female wrestlers arriving in the U.S., and mentioned that the company’s treatment of Mexican wrestlers is “inhumane.”

“Edge gets picked up from the airport every time. Orange Cassidy gets picked up from the airport every time. As do innumerable other talent. Able-bodied males. Not Vaquer, though; not Zeuxis; not Catalina; not any of the other foreign females coming to @aew for the first time.”

“Imagine this: You’re a young female wrestler arriving at an enormous airport in a foreign country. You reach out for direction. You’re told you don’t get any. There’s nobody coming to pick you up, figure it out. Navigate the foreign country, language, transportation, and find your way into the backstage area of a major event. Wonder if @aew women are told to ‘figure it out’ when they land in Mexico.”

WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer, who worked with AEW for a short period, liked both of the above tweets, according to Stock, who shared screenshots as proof of Vaquer’s support for her sentiments.

AEW National Champion Ricochet later fired back at Stock in the following tweet:

“No we just didnt like you. Lol”

Kip Sabian also targeted Stock and tweeted:

“Balls to it.

Feel free to melt down online as it’s the only place people seem to do it. But don’t act like you’re speaking for the roster.

I’ll publicly say Chris helped me mentally more than anyone will ever know. Far beyond just wrestling.

Act your age, not your shoe size.”

Sarah Stock was released by AEW earlier this year. She also stirred controversy a few months ago after criticizing Jon Moxley vs. Darby Allin at WrestleDream for being too extreme.
