7. Jesse Ventura
Back in the 1980s, Ventura was worried about the Pro-Wrestlers in WWF due to the lack of financial support. So he decided to talk to them and had a conversation with the boys prior to WWF WrestleMania II, where he claimed that the best move that they could make at that time was to “unionize”.
The following day, Jesse would get a call from Vince McMahon where he got threatened as the talk he had with the boys reached McMahon. Ventura was shocked that this news reached Vince, that too in no time.
Years later during a Federal Lawsuit between Ventura & McMahon, McMahon revealed that Hulk Hogan was the man that rattled Ventura all those years ago. Hogan and Ventura were always good friends and didn’t have any heat, but after that incident, they didn’t speak to each other ever.
In an interview, Hogan claimed that Ventura is “full of sh*t” and stated:
“Jesse has worked on these stories for 30 years. Jesse knows just a little bit about a whole lot of things. You should have asked him about Plato’s Retreat, when he’d come to New York and him and his wife would do all the wife swapping”.
