Lex Luger joined NWA/TNA Total Nonstop Action in late 2003, after he had not wrestled in the United States since the death of WCW World Championship Wrestling in March 2001.
On November 12, 2003 during the weekly NWA/TNA PPV #71, Lex Luger teamed with Jeff Jarrett in a losing effort against the team of Sting and AJ Styles.
Lex Luger returned in 2006 on NWA/TNA iMPACT TV as one of 3 potential Partners for his real life friend Sting.
He also inducted Sting into TNA’s version of the ‘Hall of Fame’ 6 years later in 2012.
