The legendary Road Warriors (“Legion of Doom” in WWF) joined NWA/TNA Total Nonstop Action in January 2003, when they made the save for a TNA tag team called America’s Most Wanted.
They supported NWA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Jarrett, who was a Babyface at that point in time, during his battle against Vince Russo’s S.E.X. Sports Entertainment Extreme stable.
In what turned out to be their only TNA match, The Road Warriors teamed with “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes and Jeff Jarrett at the weekly NWA/TNA PPV #28 on January 15 2003, where they lost to the team of Triple X and Vince Russo.
