• RAW Champion Now Working As A Tweener?

According to the Wrestling Observer, the LIVE fans who appear on the ThunderDome screens always get instructed whether to cheer or boo a wrestler, and they were told to cheer current RAW Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley on this week’s RAW.

This comes as a surprise, as she has been working as a heel ever since she was called up from NXT to the main roster, even bringing up Charlotte Flair’s COVID-19 situation in a recent promo on RAW, which is obviously far from acting like a babyface.

Also, she teamed up with WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler on this week’s RAW (and they are heels as well).

Until it’s clear whether she keeps working as a heel or fully turns babyface, it’s safe to say that Rhea is now some sort of a Tweener.

As much as we hate that word (‘Tweener’), that’s the closest thing to describe her current TV character.
