As we all saw, former WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio returned to WWE at Hell in a Cell last night to challenge John Cena for the United States Title. Del Rio pinned Cena clean and won the US Title.
Del Rio returned to WWE because the contract he got was very much what he needed. WWE has agreed on his terms to work less dates, fulfill his Indy dates which he is scheduled for (before signing with WWE), and WWE is paying him more than Lucha Underground.
