• Old School WWF Legend Celebrates Her Birthday

Old School WWF Legend Leilani Kai (Real name: Patty Seymour) is celebrating her 62nd birthday today.

Leilani Kai was on top of the world during the so called “Rock ‘n’ Wrestling Connection” days of the Golden WWF Era, when she defeated Wendi Richter at WWF The War to Settle the Score to become the WWF Women’s Champion.

Leilani lost the title back to Richter a month later at the inaugural WrestleMania, and later started to form a Tag Team with Judy Martin, called The Glamour Girls, managed by “The Mouth of the South” Jimmy Hart.

In 1994, Kai challenged then WWF Women’s Champion Alundra Blayze for the title at WrestleMania X, but lost.

The two would wrestle several more times in Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling, where she was later also known as “Patty Stonegrinder” and Alundra was known as Madusa.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEILANI KAI!
