• Rick Steiner Wants His Son To Be More Successful Than The Steiner Brothers

Old School Wrestling Legend Rick Steiner was recently interviewed by Sports Illustrated, where he expressed hope of his son, the new NXT 2.0 Champion Bron Breakker (Real name: Bronson Rechsteiner), to one day become even more successful than himself and his brother (and Bron’s uncle) Scott Steiner were in both their singles careers and as a Tag Team.

Here’s what The Dog-Faced Gremlin had to say:

“I hope he’s even more successful than myself and his uncle. We had such a special time traveling the road as brothers, but this tops all of that.

This is his time and his chance to carry the torch. Watching that match was one of the best moments of my life. As his father, I couldn’t be prouder, and so is our whole family.”

We reported that Rick was actually there in the crowd when Bron won his first ever championship at this week’s NXT New Year’s EVIL and even came into the ring after the match to celebrate with his son.

It’s safe to say that The Steiner Brothers being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame one day is basically not a question of ‘if’, but really just a question of ‘when’.
