• Roman Reigns Reaches A Major Milestone
Universal Champion “The Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns has now completed 300 days as the Universal Champion.
He won the Title at WWE Payback 2020 on August 30th, in a Triple Threat Match against “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman.
In this 300-day title reign, Reigns has successfully defended the Title 12 times.
On tonight’s episode of SmackDown, Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman came out for a promo segment. Heyman listed all the names that Reigns has defeated and said there’s no one left.
Edge then came back! Edge and Roman began brawling. Edge was setting Roman up for a Con-Chair-To, but Jimmy Uso made the save. Edge then speared Jimmy through the ringside barricade. Edge sent big message to the Head Of The Table to end SmackDown.
Roman Reigns vs. Edge for the Universal Championship is now set to main event next month’s Money In The Bank 2021 pay-per-view.
