• Several WWE Wrestlers & Staff Members Test Positive For COVID-19

Fans returned to WWE events after 16 months earlier this year, but it looks like things could move back to the ThunderDome (virtual fan environment) if things get out of hand.

There’s a new COVID-19 variant, Omicron, and it could cause some trouble.

After this weekend’s shows, several WWE wrestlers & staff members tested positive for COVID-19.

Here’s what PWInsider reported about it:

“Coming out of this past weekend’s loop of live events and TV tapings, a number of talents and staff were feeling run down and some have since tested positive for COVID-19, while others who were feeling sick are still waiting for their test results to return.”

The road to WrestleMania 38 is about to start in a few weeks and the risk of one more WrestleMania getting ruined due to COVID-19 is definitely there.
