6. Enhancement/Jobber Matches Return To WWE Programming
Two enhancement/jobber matches took place on last night’s edition of Raw. First one featured the main roster debut of Nia Jax and the other one featured Braun Strowman. You can watch them below:
It should be noted that Braun Strowman debuted a new hairstyle & used the Reverse Chokeslam as his finishing move.
5. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson Possibly Capturing The WWE Tag Team Titles At SummerSlam 2016, Bo Dallas Returns To His Inspirational Gimmick
As seen on Raw, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson attacked The New Day’s celebration and laid Big E out with the Magic Killer. It looks like they’re going to face The New Day for the WWE Tag Team Titles at the biggest event of the Summer, SummerSlam 2016.
We’ve noted before that The New Day are scheduled to lose the Tag Team Titles at SummerSlam 2016. It should be noted that New Day’s current record Title reign began at last year’s SummerSlam.
Bo Dallas worked the WWE Superstars taping last night (faced Sin Cara) and used his previous inspirational gimmick of “Bo-lieve”. His former Social Outcasts tag team partner Curtis Axel (son of WWE Hall of Famer “Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig) was billed as “Mr. Irrelevant” on Raw as he was the last Draft pick. He lost to Neville, who returned from injury.
