Father versus Son, what a rivalry!!
It was March 26, 2001 and Shane McMahon revealed that he had just (kayfabe wise) purchased WCW, which upset his father Vince McMahon during the once in a lifetime RAW-Nitro simulcast.
Both started feuding right away and a match was scheduled for WWF WrestleMania X-Seven, with Mick Foley as the special guest referee.
Shane ended up winning the match when his mother and Vince’s wife Linda McMahon stood up from her wheel chair and slapped her husband.
