3. WWE Accidentally Spoils The General Manager of SmackDown?

As we noted earlier, Vince McMahon named Shane McMahon the commissioner of SmackDown and Stephanie McMahon the commissioner of Raw. Vince also noted that Shane & Stephanie will have to name a General Manger for SmackDown and Raw respectively.

The General Managers will be revealed on next week’s Raw but WWE might have accidentally spoiled the SmackDown General Manager announcement. Below is what was posted on the WWE App (but was quickly taken down):

If this is true, then expect former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan to be the General Manager of SmackDown.

Speaking of the SmackDown General Manager, Shane McMahon noted on Twitter that he has made the decision regarding the GM:

I'm very excited to announce that terms were agreed to today with the new SmackDown GM. The person will be revealed live this Monday on Raw.
