This week’s Raw saw a big increase in TV ratings compared to last week’s Independence Day edition of Raw. This week’s Raw drew 3.17 million viewers, which is up from last week’s 2.66 million viewers.
This week’s Raw had the following highlights:
– Darren Young wins a Battle Royal to become the #1 contender for the Intercontinental Championship.
– Seth Rollins shows a video of him interviewing Roman Reigns (it was an edited video which had clips of Roman from his previous interviews).

7. Tommy Dreamer Returning For The Brand Extension?
Former ECW Champion Tommy Dreamer was backstage at last night’s SmackDown tapings. It is being speculated that he’s one of the veterans that might be returning to the WWE for the Brand Extension to help the company with its roster depth problems.
Other former wrestlers that might be returning to the company are Jimmy Wang Yang & Curt Hawkins. It should be noted that Rhyno recently made his return to NXT TV. It could be possible that Rhyno works both NXT and the main roster shows.
