Former Cruiserweight Champion & SmackDown wrestler Drew Gulak was moved to WWE’s alumni section yesterday, after the two sides couldn’t reach a new deal. It was reported that Gulak is done with the company.

However, he may sign back with the company in a couple of months. WWE was giving everyone a raise before the COVID-19 pandemic, but they finished the offer as soon as they started taking little hits due to the pandemic. Gulak also wanted a raise, but WWE didn’t give him one.

The Wrestling Observer noted that Gulak’s comeback isn’t a dead issue, as he’s being represented by Barry Bloom backstage.

Gulak and WWE haven’t made a public statement about the issue yet, so there’s a possibility that they could work out a new deal.
