• SmackDown Writer Was Fired Because Of An Incident With Vince McMahon

WWE SmackDown’s Lead Writer Christopher DeJoseph got released by the company this past Friday.

This was a pretty strange move, as DeJoseph returned to the company just 5 months ago and had also gotten a promotion recently.

The Wrestling Observer reported that he got fired because he got into an incident with Vince McMahon backstage:

“It was a disciplinary thing. I don’t know all the details, but I know it was a disciplinary thing. He had just gotten a promotion very recently.

Something happened with Vince and I don’t know exactly what it was, but he was let go. He was fired on Friday. Everyone got the word on Friday afternoon.”
