• Old School Wrestling Legend Celebrates His Birthday
Old School Wrestling Legend Ricky Morton celebrates his 62nd birthday today.
As one half of the legendary Tag Team The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express, he wrestled for several major promotions, such as NWA Jim Crockett Promotions, the WWF World Wrestling Federation, WCW World Championship Wrestling, Mid-South Wrestling, CWA/USWA Memphis Wrestling, SMW Smoky Mountain Wrestling & TNA Total Nonstop Action.
Morton started his career in 1978 but is still wrestling occasionally on the independent scene nowadays, still teaming up with Robert Gibson as The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express.
In 2017 they were both inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by legendary Old School Wrestling manager Jim Cornette.

On this day in 1998, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling aired another LIVE episode of their weekly TV show ‘WCW MONDAY NITRO’.
It was broadcasted from the Fleet Center in Boston, Massachusetts and featured matches, interviews & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WCW Halloween Havoc 1998’ PPV.

• Spoiler On Shawn Michaels’ Next RAW Appearance & Plans Moving Forward
According to PWInsider, WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels is set to appear on the October 1st edition of Monday Night RAW in Seattle, Washington. This will be the go-home edition of RAW for WWE Super Show-Down in Australia.
Shawn Michaels will be in Triple H’s corner for the ‘Last Time Ever’ match between Triple H & The Undertaker (with Kane being in Taker’s corner).
WWE teased HBK coming out of retirement big time when he appeared on RAW last time and got confronted by The Undertaker.
We noted yesterday that Wrestling Observer has confirmed that Shawn Michaels will be coming out of retirement and will compete at WWE Crown Jewel PPV.
The plan moving forward at this point is for HBK and Kane to get involved in the Super Show-Down match and that will result in a tag team bout between The Brothers of Destruction (The Undertaker & Kane) and D-Generation X (Triple H & Shawn Michaels) at WWE Crown Jewel PPV in Saudi Arabia on November 2.
