On this day in 1996, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling aired another LIVE episode of their weekly TV show ‘WCW MONDAY NITRO’.

It was broadcasted from the Civic Center in Savannah, Georgia and featured matches, interviews & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WCW Halloween Havoc 1996’ PPV.

As seen in the main event segment of this week’s RAW, Boxing Champion Tyson Fury and “The Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman brawled and the WWE locker room came out to separate them.

Their brawled continued after RAW went off the air. After Strowman and other WWE wrestlers left, Cesaro and Fury were left in the ring along and Fury laid out Cesaro with two punches.
