Former WCW & WWE Superstar Bill Goldberg has only appeared in one Royal Rumble match during his entire career.
During his only Rumble in 2004, he dominated the match and was one of the favorites to win it, but eventually got eliminated by Kurt Angle, after an outside interference by Brock Lesnar, who wasn’t even in the match.
4. Kurt Angle
Despite putting on strong performances in the 3 Rumble matches he was in, “The Olympic Hero” Kurt Angle has never actually won one.
The closest he ever came to winning a Royal Rumble, was in 2002, when he was eliminated last by the eventual winner “The Game” Triple H.
