3. Andrè The Giant
The legendary André The Giant has been in 2 consecutive Royal Rumble matches, but didn’t win any of them.
He eliminated himself in 1989 and in 1990 it took both members of Demolition to eliminate him from the Rumble.

2. The Ultimate Warrior
The Ultimate Warrior competed in 2 Royal Rumble matches, but could win neither of them.
He was in the very first one in 1988, where it took 2 men, Dino Bravo & The One Man Gang to eliminate the Warrior.
Then in 1990 it would once again take 2 men to sent him over the top rope, this time The Barbarian & “Ravishing” Rick Rude, after a clash with his WrestleMania VI opponent Hulk Hogan.
