• The Rock Comments On Bobby Lashley’s WWE Title Win

Bobby Lashley won his very first WWE Championship on this week’s RAW, by defeating The Miz in a Lumberjack Match.

After this Title change, WWE posted a graphic of the only 3 black men who have won the WWE Championship – The Rock, Kofi Kingston and Bobby Lashley.

A fan also made his version of this graphic and another fan called him out and said not everything is about race:

“Everything doesn’t always have to be a race thing. That’s kind of what we’re trying to steer away from and you’re doing the opposite.”

RAW Superstar MVP then responded the following to this fan:

“No. He’s not. That is a beautiful statement about representation and inspiration. It means something when your heros look like you.”

WWF Legend The Rock then replied the following to MVP:

“Well said, brother. You guys are doing GREAT. Very happy for all of you. Very proud, too. Representing.”

Lashley then thanked The Rock for paying the way:

“You and so many others paved the way for us to do what we do. Without The Great One, there might not be an All Mighty.”

Rock then replied:

“Appreciate the kind words brother. Very happy for you and proud. Grab that brass ring and go for it all. You know what to do, champ.

Represent. #allmighty #peopleschamp”
