• The Rock Reacts To Steve Austin’s Recent Training Videos

As we have noted before, Stone Cold Steve Austin has been posting a lot of workout videos on Instagram as of late.

This began speculation that Austin is training for another match in WWE, possibly at WrestleMania 39.

Austin posted a video recently where he revealed what kind of workout he does. He also revealed his diet macros – 2650 calories, 320 grams of protein and 150 grams of carbs. He weighs 232 lbs right now.

He also addressed the return to the ring rumors:

“People have been speculating ‘Hey Steve, what are you doing? What are you training for? You training for an event?’

You can speculate what you want, I just looked in the mirror and realized that I looked like sh*t, so I called my diet coach up. As far as bodyweight goes, probably sub 232 (lbs) the leanest I’ve been in sh*t, forever.

Anyway that’s the bottom line, I just got tired of, I looked in the mirror and I looked like sh*t. Got tired of looking like sh*t, so I’m taking action to do something about it.”

Fellow Attitude Era Legend The Rock saw this video and commented the following:

“Maaaan for everyone watching this, let me just say that how Steve is talking here, is exactly how talks in person and why we became brothers.

Straight up, direct, no bullsh*t. Good or bad. You’ll always get the real. Keep kicking a$$ my brother.

And you know I gotta say it, ‘thank you for the house’ 🍻”
