• Tony Khan Says WWE & AEW Will Never Work Together After How He Has Been Treated

AEW President Tony Khan did a press conference for this Sunday’s All Out pay-per-view, where he answered the questions asked by the media.

When Tony was asked about a possible partnership with WWE for an event similar to AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door, Khan said he’s less than optimistic about it.

Khan noted that when Stephanie McMahon, Nick Khan & Triple H took over from Vince McMahon, he was optimistic about a possible collaboration with WWE.

However, he has dropped those hopes after “how they have treated him”.

While Tony didn’t explain how WWE has treated him, this was most likely a reference to the recent contract tampering reports, where it is believed that WWE Officials contacted Chris Jericho about a possible return to the company.
