1. The Undertaker Suffers Severe Concussion – WrestleMania 30
At WrestleMania 30, The Undertaker battled Brock Lesnar in a match that saw Taker losing for the first time ever at WrestleMania. This is without a shadow of doubt, the most shocking moment in WrestleMania history.
As soon as the match started (20 seconds to be exact), Taker was dropped on his head when Lesnar performed a belly-to-belly overhead suplex on Taker. Taker suffered a serious concussion due to this, but this still didn’t stop him from wrestling for another 25 minutes. Taker was dropped on his head once again during one of the three F5s hit by Lesnar.
Taker was taken to a local medical facility in New Orleans and spent the night in the hospital. However, this didn’t end up being Undertaker’s final match, as he returned at WrestleMania 31 to extend his WrestleMania record to 22-1 and has wrestled multiple main event matches after that.
