7. The Miz Almost Knocked Out – WrestleMania 27
At WrestleMania 27, The Miz defended the WWE Championship against John Cena in the main event. Towards the ending moments of the match, Cena speared Miz over the barricade and Miz hit his head on the floor in the hardest way possible.
The Miz was almost knocked out and and the match ended in a count-out. The Rock restarted the match and layed out Cena with a Rock Bottom, allowing The Miz to pin Cena.
The Rock then layed the SmackDown on the Miz and Miz was looking in a bad shape. Miz acknowledged the accident next night on Raw and bragged about it and said normal people would have died after taking that bump.
