• “Torrie Wilson Without Clothes On WWE TV” Idea Resulted In Confrontation & Suspension Of Paul Heyman & Brian Gewirtz

WWE Hall Of Famer Torrie Wilson was one of the hottest divas in the history of Professional Wrestling.

During an interview with SK Wrestling, former WWE Writer Brian Gewirtz revealed that a Writer associated with Paul Heyman pitched the idea of Torrie appearing without clothes on WWE programming.

This idea led to a confrontation between Brian and Heyman, and both of them were suspended for a week.

Below is what Brian said:

“That was what Paul’s protégé at the time was proposing, and that was what kind of precipitated the big confrontation because we were all led to believe that this was going to be some high concept long-term storyline, unbelievable angle, and then it was basically proposed that through various coverings and slights of camera that it would be a n*ked Torrie Wilson on camera.

That’s when I scoffed at that idea and found it to be ludicrous. That form of disrespect is what prompted the pinch fight heard around the world.”
