• Triple H Says Top WWE Star Has Earned The Right To Be A Part-Timer

During a recent interview with The Michael Kay Show, WWE Hall of Famer Triple H talked about John Cena criticizing The Rock for being a part-timer on the road to WrestleMania 28, and Cena himself being a part-timer now.

Here’s what The Game said about it:

“You find yourself when you’re in the thick of it being that guy that says, ‘I’m here everyday. This is my house and my place,’ but then you get to where John Cena is.

You get to where The Rock is. You get to where Taker is or [Ric] Flair or anybody else where you’ve earned the right with fans to come back every now and then and tip your cap and for them to say, ‘man, thank you for all of that’ and for you to re-live those moments.

John has earned that. Whether he spoke badly about it in the past and meant it, or whether he didn’t, he earned that right.

He’s earned that right to pick his spots.”

• Wrestling Veteran Celebrates His Birthday

Old School Wrestling Veteran Shark Boy (Real name: Dean Roll) celebrates his 46th birthday today.

After being trained by NWA Veteran Les Thatcher and touring the indies for a while, he signed a contract with Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling in 1999, but wrestled mostly on the promotion’s C-show ‘WCW Saturday Night’ & D-show ‘WCW Worldwide’, before they let him go in March 2000.

Shark Boy actually made a name for himself in Total Nonstop Action, where he wrestled as a regular member of the main roster from 2002 till 2010 and then became a part-timer who still appeared on TV or PPV from time to time.

TNA (now renamed iMPACT Wrestling) still brings him back every now and then for a special surprise appearance.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHARK BOY!
