• Update On 4 WrestleMania 37 Matches Coming Out Of Tonight’s RAW
Bobby Lashley is finally WWE Champion. He made The Miz tap out to the Hurt Lock in a Lumberjack match in the main event of tonight’s RAW to win the Title.
With this Title change, WWE is heading in the direction of Bobby Lashley vs. Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 37.
There were talks of Brock Lesnar getting added to this match, but that hasn’t been decided yet.
With The Miz losing the WWE Championship, he will now move back to his feud with Bad Bunny & Damian Priest. The Miz & John Morrison vs. Damian Priest & Bad Bunny is scheduled to take place at WrestleMania 37.
Another match that’s scheduled to take place at WrestleMania 37 is Shane McMahon vs. Braun Strowman. The build for this feud continued on RAW, where Strowman feels he is being screwed by WWE management.
Shane put Braun in a tag team with Adam Pearce and booked them in a RAW Tag Team Championship match against Hurt Business (Shelton Benjamin & Cedric Alexander).
Strowman had the match won for his team, but Shane O’Mac told Strowman to tag in Pearce to cover Benjamin for the win. Strowman did that, Pearce went for the cover, but Benjamin rolled up Pearce and pinned him. Strowman got angry at Shane after the match.
Also on tonight’s RAW, Charlotte Flair said she wants to face Asuka for the RAW Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 37.
We exclusively reported before that WWE was planning a multi-woman match for the RAW Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 37, involving Asuka, Charlotte Flair and Lacey Evans (there were discussions for another wrestler in the match).
With Lacey out of the picture due to her pregnancy, it’s unknown if WWE still wants to go ahead with a multi-woman match, or just have a WrestleMania 34 rematch between Asuka and Charlotte at WrestleMania 37. One thing is for sure that Asuka and Charlotte will be in the RAW Women’s Title match at WrestleMania.
As of this writing, only two matches have been confirmed for WrestleMania 37 so far:
– Universal Championship Match: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Edge
– SmackDown Women’s Championship Match: Sasha Banks (c) vs. Bianca Belair

On this day in 1999, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling aired another LIVE episode of their weekly TV show ‘WCW MONDAY NITRO’.
It was broadcasted from the Dean Smith Centre in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and featured matches, interviews & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WCW Uncensored 1999’ PPV.
