• Update On Roman Reigns’ WrestleMania 39 Rumored Plans

As we have noted before, there are rumors going on that Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns will wrestle two matches at WrestleMania 39 (aka WrestleMania Hollywood), one on each night.

According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE wants to split the World Titles and have 2 separate champions again, and the working idea is that Reigns’ WrestleMania 39 opponents are going to be Cody Rhodes (Night 1) & The Rock (Night 2).

In an update, we are being told that Reigns will NOT wrestle two matches at WrestleMania 39 because of the following two reasons:

1. WWE Officials think Reigns losing to Rhodes a night before he faces The Rock in quite possibly the biggest match of his career is not a good idea and takes away from the “Dream Match”, where The Great One tries to take down the unbeatable Tribal Chief.

2. WWE can’t risk Reigns getting injured on Night 1, as the match with Rock on Night 2 is obviously the bigger match. It actually is the biggest match anyone can book right now in pro-wrestling.

In the end, fans can expect Rock vs. Reigns to go down in the main event of Night 2 of WrestleMania 39.
