• Vince McMahon Is Planning To Sell WWE
Vince McMahon was forced to retire from all positions in WWE due to the hush money scandal last year.
However, a few weeks back, reports came out that Vince regrets making the decision to retire, as he thinks the whole thing would’ve settled down soon, and blames his close people for giving him bad advice.
According to a new report by the Wall Street Journal, Vince is now planning to return to WWE to sell the company.
McMahon still has majority voting power in WWE and he has told the higher-ups in the company that he is electing himself and two former co-Presidents and Directors, Michelle Wilson and George Barrios, to the Board. This move will require 3 current Directors to vacate their positions.
This is a very interesting situation, especially with WrestleMania 39 just a few months away. We’ll keep you updated regarding this.
Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan are currently the co-CEOs of WWE, and Triple H is the Chief Content Officer.
