1. WWE Scores A Big Win In The Fraud Death Lawsuits of Former Wrestlers

As we all know, a lot of former WWE wrestlers have sued the company for brain damage while working for WWE. But WWE has picked up a big win as two of these lawsuits were dismissed by United States District Judge Vanessa Bryant.

These two lawsuits were for Matt Osborne (original Doink the Clown) & Nelson Frazier (Big Daddy V), filed on behalf of them by Michelle James & Cassandra Frazier respectively.

Matt Osborne passed away at the age of 55 on June 28, 2013 from accidental overdose of opiate. Nelson Frazier passed away at the age of 42 on February 18, 2014 from a heart attack.

Both of these lawsuits claimed that these men suffered brain damage during their time in WWE and this damage led to their death. It should be noted that the brain of both men was not examined postmortem to scan for CTE symptoms and this led to the lawsuit being dismissed.
