TNA Hall of Fame Inductee 2016 Revealed

2. Jim Ross Says He’s Happy He Bought TNA Slammiversary 2016 PPV

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross posted his opinion on TNA Slammiversary 2016 on his website. Below is what he said:

“Watched TNA’s Slammiversary PPV Sunday night via the FITE TV App which worked perfectly on our smart TV. Solid show that certainly had its moments and one that I’m happy that I bought. The talents certainly worked hard and there was no shortage of great effort which his where success in any area of life starts.

The environment in Orlando Sunday after the worst mass murders in USA history just a few hours earlier there had to severely hamper the passion in the house. How could it not?

Thought that there was a bit too much outside the ring spots and crash/burn scenarios. After a while one becomes immune to most those big stunts.

Speaking of TNA, it has been reported that my old friend Billy Corgan, of Smashing Pumpkins fame, is investing in a minority ownership steak in TNA Impact Wrestling. Hopefully, Billy’s investment will help the ailing brand who’s trying to build their brand on a less than advantageous TV network and on what should be a soon to be relocated time slot due to Smackdown going LIVE on Tuesday nights on the USA Network. Billy is a smart businessman who loves pro wrestling and I wish him and TNA all the success that they can find.”
