1. Who Will Be The Face of SmackDown After The Brand Split?
WWE has big plans for SmackDown this year, as it goes live on July 19th and will have it’s own roster and all this became possible due to WWE bringing back the Brand Split.
The main reason behind WWE bringing back the brand split is due to the SmackDown TV ratings going down week after week and the USA Network officials not being happy with it. So WWE officials decided to make SmackDown live again on Tuesday nights and having it’s own roster, which will result in the brand having its own unique image & storylines.
WWE plans to bring SmackDown on the same level as Raw this year.
To make that happen, WWE is planning to make the 15 time WWE World Heavyweight Champion, John Cena, the top star of the blue brand.
