6. Teddy Long Returns on Raw & Gives The Idea of A Fatal 4 Way Tag Team Match
Former SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long returned on last night’s episode of Raw and noted that he wants to run SmackDown once again (since it’s going to have its own separate roster and will be going live from July 19th).
However, Stephanie said that decision hasn’t been made. In a backstage segment, Teddy gave Stephanie the idea of a Fatal 4 Way Tag Team Title match for Money in the Bank 2016: The New Day (c) vs. Enzo & Big Cass vs. The Vaudevillains vs. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson.
Stephanie told Teddy get out and then later told the WWE marketing team that the Fatal 4 Way Tag Team Title match is on for Money in the Bank 2016 and took the credit for this great idea.
5. Only Six Wrestlers To Compete In The Money In The Bank 2016 Ladder Match
Word is that only 6 wrestlers will be competing in this year’s Money in the Bank ladder match, instead of 7 (as originally advertised).
