Royal Rumble 2016 was like a horrible dream for Kevin Owens. He kicked off the main show along with Dean Ambrose in a Last Man Standing match for the Intercontinental Title, which he lost after going through 2 tables at ringside.

He later entered in the Royal Rumble match and got eliminated by former NXT Champion Sami Zayn. The only good thing for Owens at Royal Rumble was that he eliminated AJ Styles.

Now that he has lost his Intercontinental Title feud with Ambrose, what’s next for Kevin Owens in the WrestleMania 32 season?

Will he be groomed for The Undertaker? Or will be start a feud with AJ Styles?

6. Kane’s Record Royal Rumble Appearance

Kane entered his 17th Royal Rumble, which is a record. Kane also holds the record for the most eliminations in Royal Rumble history, with 42.

Kane got eliminated by Braun Strowman.

5. Braun Strowman’s Domination

Wyatt Family’s “Black Sheep” Braun Strowman dominated Royal Rumble 2016 with the most eliminations in this year’s match (5). Below are the Superstars he eliminated:

– Kane
– Big Show
– Sami Zayn
– Mark Henry (along with Harper & Rowan)
– Brock Lesnar (along with Harper & Rowan, all three men were already eliminated when he returned and eliminated Lesnar)

However, it should be noted that Strowman couldn’t handle “The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar and was eliminated by him.
