WWE booked Roman Reigns to defeat Brock Lesnar in the main event of the second night of WrestleMania 38 last year to win the WWE Championship and unify it with his Universal Championship.

The push for The Bloodline did not stop there as WWE wanted Reigns’ cousins The Usos to be at the top of the company’s Tag Team division and run both RAW and SmackDown like him.

In the main event of the May 20th 2022 edition of SmackDown, then SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos defeated RK-BRO to unify the RAW Tag Team Championship with their SmackDown Tag Team Titles.

Jimmy and Jey held both titles for almost a year and lost them to Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn in the main event of the first night of WrestleMania 39 earlier this year. Owens and Zayn lost the titles to The Judgment Day (Finn Balor and Mr. Money In The Bank Damian Priest) earlier this month at the Payback premium live event.

According to insider source BWE, WWE is planning to split the Undisputed Tag Team Championship very soon.

The reason behind it and how WWE plans to implement the move is unknown yet.

WWE introduced the new World Heavyweight Championship earlier this year on RAW. The company also rebranded the RAW Women’s Championship to the WWE Women’s Championship and the SmackDown Women’s Championship to the Women’s World Championship.

On last week’s episode of SmackDown, WWE teased a feud between Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Judgment Day and the team of Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits.
