The main show begins with Enzo Amore & Big Cass coming out to a big pop. They cut a promo and Big Cass ends it with his signature catchphrase. Chris Jericho & Kevin Owens are out next.
This is Jericho’s 11th SummerSlam appearance (5th most in WWE). After great back & forth action, the match ended with Owens launching Enzo into the Code-Breaker from Jericho for the pinfall victory.

Up next is the Women’s Championship match between “The Boss” Sasha Banks & Charlotte. Sasha takes a nasty bump on her back & neck as soon as the match starts and she looks to be legitimately injured. Charlotte looks to hit the Razor’s Edge from the middle rope, but Sasha counters and hits a hurricanrana and both women are down.
Charlotte hits the Natural Selection but the champ kicks out. Charlotte goes for the cover two more times but Sasha kicks out each time. Sasha locks in the Bank Statement but Charlotte counters for the pin.
