Randy Orton’s first suspension came on April 3, 2006 for “unprofessional conduct”, which led to him being taken off WWE programming for 60 days. His first suspension wasn’t due to the violation of WWE’s Wellness Policy.

His second suspension was announced a few months later, and that was due to his first violation of the company’s Wellness Policy. He missed 30 days of WWE programming.
