The Rated-R Superstar was last seen on WWE programming at SummerSlam 2019 in Canada, where he got a huge pop upon his return. Edge interrupted Elias and hit him with a Spear.
Since then, the speculation of Edge returning to in-ring action began.
Edge looked in pretty great shape at SummerSlam and there’s still hope he could return to the ring. He has been hitting the gym quite frequently, about which he posts on social media. He reportedly signed a new deal with WWE for an in-ring return recently.
There’s a huge possibility that The Rated-R Superstar will return to the ring in 2020. He could be back as soon as the Royal Rumble.
Back in 2010, he shocked the WWE Universe by returning to win the Royal Rumble. History could repeat itself a decade later.
