Let’s face it, in late 2009 every news channel reported about Hulk Hogan joining TNA: CNN, NBC, FOX, ESPN, … and that was, mind you, 2 months before he showed up on TNA TV on January 4th 2010. While he was in TNA, they started running shows outside the iMPACT Zone in Orlando Florida and started touring different cities.
Whenever TNA came into town, who do you think was on the Poster? Yes, the Hulkster himself. And it was also him, promoting TNA coming into town by doing media interviews for local Radio & TV stations. Not just in the United States, but also during their annual UK overseas tours.
A lot of people who didn’t even know about TNA, got to know about it that way.
