2. Nitro beat RAW 7 Times in the Ratings
1995 goes into the History books as the year, the famous Monday Night Wars started in which the 2 biggest Professional Wrestling Companies on the planet would fight each other for weekly TV Ratings on Monday Nights.
While the first WCW Monday Nitro Nitro happened without any Comptetition, as there was no episode of WWF Monday Night RAW that night, the 2 shows ended up trading victories in the rating war back and forth for the remaining part of 1995.
The first Nitro happened on September 4, 1995 and the next week the head to head war with the World Wrestling Federation over TV Ratings would start and go on until the death of WCW and last Nitro episode on March 26, 2001.
