4. Chelsea Green
Chelsea Green has been rumored to join the main roster since parting ways with Robert Stone in NXT back in May. However, she hasn’t showed up on the main roster yet.
Alongside the rumors of her being a part of RETRIBUTION, there’s also speculation of her being the woman in the vignette now.
She posted the following about it on Twitter:

The last update on Green stated that she was set to debut on RAW, but it was delayed due to creative having no plans for her after Paul Heyman’s departure as the Executive Director of the brand.
There’s a possibility that she may now debut on SmackDown with this new gimmick.
