6. Sheamus
After being out of action for almost 9 months, Sheamus returned to the WWE in December 2019. The way WWE hyped up his return, it was looking like that they had something big planned for him.
Unfortunately for him, that wasn’t the case. The Celtic Warrior has been involved in random matches against lower mid-card wrestlers of SmackDown since his return. He isn’t even featured on TV currently.
WWE reportedly planned a WrestleMania 28 rematch between him and Daniel Bryan at this year’s Show Of Shows, but the plan was scrapped later on. Another rumored match Sheamus was expected to be involved in was a Triple Threat match, involving him, Bryan and Braun Strowman for the Intercontinental Title. But that too did not happen.
Last year at WrestleMania, he competed in a Fatal-4-Way Tag Team match alongside Cesaro for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship. This year, he won’t be at the event.
