5. Humberto Carrillo
Although he could not do much as a part of the WWE Cruiserweight division, Humberto Carrillo has been heavily featured on WWE programming since making his debut on RAW. He’s one of the wrestlers who’s being given a lot of exposure under RAW Executive Director Paul Heyman.
He’s been in a feud with United States Champion Andrade over the past couple of months. He last fought Andrade for the Title at Elimination Chamber earlier this month, where he lost.
Carrillo hasn’t featured on RAW much since WWE had to move it to the Performance Center. It was rumored that he would be involved in the RAW Tag Team Championship match at WrestleMania 36, where he would have teamed up with Rey Mysterio.
But unfortunately, Carrillo’s WrestleMania debut will have to wait as Mysterio was taken off the WrestleMania card as he’s in quarantine, so Carrillo is out of that match as well.
